Overview
A 4000 sq ft house designed for a nuclear family. The common areas are double height spaces overlooking courtyards on two sides. The open spaces create a dynamic dialogue between the private and common spaces. The amalgamation of grey and white hues, with juxtaposition of teak wood furniture along with highlights of pop of colour. The subtle details of molding has been combined with sleek furniture design.
Project Initiation
The initiation of this project started with getting the requirements from the clients and not only meeting those but to help the client be able to envision their dream home.
This included not only getting the correct design aesthetics for the clients through mood boards, but also to co-ordinate with different vendors and contractors for the procurement of materials and manage the timeline for on-time delivery process.
